About IRROC

Our goal is to provide useful information and resources to make you a successful investor.

IRROC is run by investors, for investors.

Unlike many other investment clubs relying solely on the sale of information for income, we believe our business plan of investing in real estate and creating a network of successful investors – benefits everyone.

Founded in 2006, Principal Brad Podhajsky envisioned a foundation based on four core goals:

  • Network
  • Education
  • Resources
  • Success

With these core goals in mind Investors Realty Resource of Colorado (IRROC) strives to provide useful information and resources for investors of all experiences levels to be successful.

“The company’s mission to provide the best in education, training, and discounted properties in support of other like-minded investors in an ethical and positive manner is the core foundation of IRROC,” said Brad Podhajsky a fulltime real estate investor and managing broker of Atrium Real Estate Investments.

The IRROC monthly meetings are facilitated by Brad Podhajsky, who is well-known for his creative deal structuring, wholesaling, and investor brokerage services in the greater Denver metropolitan area. IRROC’s local real estate investment club meets the first Thursday of every month, where an average of 150 investors – of all experience levels – get together to network and learn about real estate investment strategies.

IRROC is all about resources!

IRROC workshops are also scheduled throughout the month with topics on real estate investing, lead generation, creative financing, plus so much more. These workshops may have 30-65 people in attendance and most are free of charge.

In the Community…

IRROC has had the honor of partnering with several counties including Jefferson County, Adams County, and Douglas County during the  Christmas season. Every year for the past 8 years we have collected Christmas gifts for foster parents and children. It has been very rewarding and we look forward to it every year.
