Denver home prices up 9.1% in a year

Home-resale prices in Metro area up by an average of 9.1 percent from a year earlier. This a fourteenth straight month increase with a year-over-year increase of  8.9 percent or more, according S&P/Case-Shiller Home Prices Index, recently released.

LPR reports annual home prices up 7.9%

Every one of the 20 largest states saw consecutive positive month-over-month growth since May. Top spot went to Nevada; tied for second was California and Arizona, with third going to both North Dakota and Washington D.C.
